A conversation between three meditators with the same study and practice but different backgrounds, each one with their own unique experiences of facing different situations in life. They will share how God has helped them in their situation and how their faith and relationship with God has strengthened.
 
 
Sister Meera, Slough
Meera has been studying and teaching Raja Yoga for over 24 years and is  based in Langley, Berkshire.  Meera maintains a beautiful balance of personal  discipline with a light and easy nature, and shares with immense enthusiasm the benefits she has gained through meditation. She is a mother of four children and works full-time as a teaching assistant.
 
 
 
Brother Mukesh, Manchester
Mukesh is a centre coordinator for Inner Space in Manchester.  A student and teacher of Raja Yoga meditation for more than 35 years, with a gentle and supportive style of leadership, he encourages others to fulfil their potential and brings a calm and stable presence to everything he is involved with.
 
 
 
Sister Karuna, Southall
Karuna has been coordinating the activities of the Brahma Kumaris centre in Southall and nearby areas for the past 40 years. As an experienced meditation teacher, her lifestyle is one of simplicity yet of total dedication to the highest ideals. She encourages and empowers women, youth and children through workshops and talks. She is a tireless and dedicated individual who sustains others through friendship and is also famed for her ability to prepare delicious meals.
