Special IN-HOUSE event

At a time when the world is changing more quickly than ever before, climate change is impacting human lives and health in a variety of ways. It threatens the essential ingredients of good health – clean air, safe drinking water, nutritious food supply and safe shelter – and has the potential to undermine decades of progress in global health.

We need a new vocabulary to help us grasp what’s happening. Hope for the future, without hope, or without the inner peace of knowing that better days are ahead, it’s impossible to fully live.

Although there are many obstacles in life, hope allows us to approach them with a success mindset.

Young people are the guardians of our planet’s future. Born into the reality of the global climate and nature crises, they are committed to building sustainable environments in which they and future generations can thrive. Youth today have the energy and insights to help lead us toward a low-carbon, nature-positive, and climate-resilient future.

Sister Jayanti, Additional Administrative Head of Brahma Kumaris and Director for Europe and the Middle East will be interviewed by a group of young people.
