Most of us spend a third or a fourth of our lives asleep. When the quality and quantity of our sleep diminishes it has a huge impact on our physical and mental well-being. Our spiritual well-being is also reflected in our sleeping patterns, and in our dreams. By giving sleep the proper attention it is due we can nourish ourselves on multiple levels.

Margaret has been studying meditation for over 27 years with the Brahma Kumaris and has delivered talks and workshops around the UK as well as when travelling to other parts of the world. She is inspired by the practical application of spiritual understanding with a particular interest in how creativity and imagery works as an interface between spirituality and everyday life.
