Sharon's first career was in fashion but she has always been interested in health and wellbeing and was a keen hatha yoga practitioner. She is now a carer and facilities yoga and relaxation classes. Her focus of research is exercises that heal. Sharon has been practising Raja Yoga meditation for 11 years.
