Speaker: Kala Mistry has been practising Raja Yoga since 1992. She works as a community psychiatrist and is especially interested in how we use meditation, thoughts and feelings for well-being. Kala has worked on several projects with The Janki Foundation, including being a co-creator of the training program Values in Healthcare: a spiritual approach.  Kala facilitates workshops and talks on spiritually related topics such as positive thinking, building inner strengths, positive health and healing of feelings.
